Kyoto Maid cafe Candy

The No.1 best Maid Café I've been to. I came here around an hour and a half before closing so it was just me and one Maid, Pikari. She was really sweet and made conversation with me even though I'm foreign and know only basic Japanese. We talked about where I'm from, anime, Hatsune Miku and few other things and it was such a pleasant chat and a good time to work on my Japanese conversation skills. The drinks and food I ordered were so cutely presented and may I recommend to anyone the tsundere drink as it was a euphoric experience to have. I loved the atmosphere here too, the portraits, posters, figures, music and the vibe the maids bring is just so wholesome and great if you love anime. If I ever come back to Kyoto, you better believe I'm coming back here. <3 Kawaii >w<

I *loved* this place. I was worried a maid cafe would be creepy, but it was amazing. Everyone was having fun and it was a joyous time. We cast spells on the drinks and they have an all you can drink option, they drew cute pictures. It was excellent!

I went with my wife as an english speaking couple. We order the parfait set and an anime drink with a spell. The hosts were kawaii and we had a great time. If you are in Kyoto I would recommend trying it!

Very adorable maid cafe in Kyoto. The food is beautiful and very picturesque but the maids are what really draws me in. Several maids come up and introduce themselves and have a short but sweet conversation with you. They each have their own charm. The menu is even cuter in Japanese, with random Nyans "meows". Highly recommend!

We went here before the end of our trip and the atmosphere was very warm welcoming. The place was nice and we definitely enjoyed the desserts. The staff were also very accommodating and I appreciate their efforts to communicate despite us speaking very little japanese.
